Music Lessons - please ask us about your free lesson !

You can learn how to play just about any instrument right here at OC Music, including guitar (electric, bass, & acoustic), flute, cello, violin, piano, French horn, viola, and vocals. Our teachers are hand-picked; over 60 years combined experience with students of all ages and all levels, from beginner to advanced theory. Lessons are available Monday thru Saturday during regular store hours. Most times start right after school, generally around 3:00pm, times run up until closing. Some of our teachers are available in the morning, so please give us a call with your needs. Lessons are available in 1/2 hour blocks with the exception of violin at 45 minutes. Most students have one lesson per week. Lesson price is $22.00/half hour.

Singing and piano lessons at OC Music Supply in Orange

Whittney Mikkél Auerbach is a vocalist, pianist, songwriter, recording engineer and private instructor based in Orange County. She received an AA in Music from Fullerton College in 2009 and excelled in both classical and jazz voice. She currently studies at The Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at Cal State University Long Beach, pursuing a degree in Jazz Studies with an emphasis in Vocal Performance. Over her college career she has studied in the studios of professional musicians Susan Ali, Jamie Shew and Christine Guter. Whittney has extensive onstage experience and has performed in several classical choirs, vocal jazz ensembles and rock bands.
Eric Salinas is a classical guitarist/composer & has been playing for over 10 years. "I received my A.A in music at Santa Ana College and now I am currently working on my bachelors degree in music composition and classical guitar at Cal State Fullerton where I'm a current member of a touring guitar orchestra. My focus is mainly in composition but I take classical guitar just as serious for the fact that I love to perform and teach. I have been teaching for 4 years in the styles of rock, folk, and classical, (private and group lessons) and I enjoy it, for teaching is something I love doing. I like to incorporate music theory to every lesson. Instead of just teaching guitar I teach my students how to play music."
First rate piano lessons now available at OC Music in Orange County Emma Mura has 20 years teaching experience in piano. She received her BA in Music from Odessa State College of Music, Ukraine. Emma is providing her students with a variety of music styles. Her lessons are based on famous methods of teaching to meet the individual needs and desires of each student. She is always very patient and will take it as slow as each of her students needs to make sure that he or she understands everything that is being presented. Emma is an enthusiastic, caring educator who believes that all students can thrive in a learning environment that is stimulating, comforting & appropriate to their abilities. She is helping her students develop life skills through music
First rate violin and viola lessons at OC Music in Orange County Hannah Skupen began her musical studies on violin at the age of 9 in El Paso, Texas. As she continued her education, she was introduced to the viola in high school, and soon was accepted, at age 16, as the youngest player ever admitted to the El Paso Symphony. While attending the Univ of Texas, Hannah met and married a native Californian and while raising her two children, played professionally with the Disneyland Candlelight Orchestra, the Long Beach Symphony, the Irvine Symphony, the Laguna Pageant of the Masters Orchestra, and numerous engagements in and around the Orange county/ L.A area. Hannah now coordinates the El Real Chamber Players and freelances as a violinist/violist, playing for various community orchestras, including the Orange Coast College Symphony.

Guitar and Bass lessons at OC Music Supply in Orange County

Chris Luebeck is a music major at Fullerton college and his knowledge of guitar is extensive.  Chris is an active performing musician locally and his show credits include Tommy, Rent, The Full Monty, High School Musical,  Cinderella, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,  Grease, Wizard of Oz, Beauty & the Beast to name a few.  You will find Chris to be well prepared, focused on lesson materials and very easy going.  Our students are truly fortunate to have a teacher of Chris' caliber.
